Does anyone else use a phrase or saying that you actually don't like?
I kick myself a little every time I use the phrase "I know, right?" Why am I asking them to agree with me about agreeing with them? It makes no sense, but it's a habitual phrase now! ^o)

I hate when people say "...you know?" or "...know what I mean?" at the end of a sentence but I catch myself saying it sometimes.
When my nieces and nephews are being ornery I say, "Check yourself before you wreck yourself." It's annoying, but for some reason it's always the first thing that comes out of my mouth.

I sometimes say Bible, which I heard of the Kardashians, and I think it is lame when they say it. And I still say it. I also use he word legit, but I giggle when I do it.

It's All Good and Right On! I say those way more than I should and have done so for years. I realize they are way overused phrases but they still slip out of my mouth fairly often.
One of my H's old friends used to say this all the time, and it drove me nuts. For whatever reason, I have started saying it when people look like they are having a bad day.
