Do you take a bodypump class? I may be phrasing this incorrectly -- but do you feel it replaces your weight training or is it a compliment? I find myself leaning more towards classes and less towards the weight room lately.

Bodypump is the only lifting I do right now. I do it 2x a week. It's not heavy weights, but I have seen improvements in my strength, and I can do heavier weights than when I started 9 months ago. It's so much more motivating for me than doing a solo routine.
Thanks for asking this question as I have been meaning to ask as well (know our PT has moved and we know we won't lift on our own). Good to hear it works.
i also love BP! during the school year, i usually go at least once a week, sometimes twice. during the summer, i will usually go two or three times. it's the only weight training i do. i will dork around if left to my own devices and not push myself like i do in the class, so it works for me. i've been doing it for about 3 years now.
