B: Puffed rice cereal with almond milk, 2 hardboiled eggs, chai with coconut milk L: Leftover tortellini pasta salad (it was SO yummy last night!) D: Big date night with H- we are having dinner at our new area Wegman's! S: Ugh, forgot to pack my usuals. May have to hit the vending machines. Thankfully we have a healthy-ish one that usually has almonds. E: Short 1 mile run this morning. Yesterday afternoon's run in the heat did me in!
Good Morning, it was rough getting out of bed today.
B: Coffee, granola bar, fruit S: Greek yogurt L: Not sure. S: Celery and peanut butter D: Roasted shrimp and broccoli E: I missed my opportunity to go run before it got too hot, so probably 45 minutes of resistance intervals on the elliptical.
B: 3 hard boiled egg whites, Coffee S: Greek yogurt with bran cereal L: salad with chicken S: watermelon D: Tilapia and spinach E: I never got my workout plan together and without a plan I am lost ;-) so my goal today is to get it set up and my workouts scheduled.

L: i will probably end up with a salad from o'charleys since i ate all the leftovers for dinner last night
S2: nature valley protein bar
E: 2 options. DH wants to go to dinner before he goes to a mtg and i go to ballet. #1. eat with DH, run 2 miles, 2.5hr ballet class #2. don't eat with D, 3.5 mile run, 2.5 hr ballet class
D: soup and 1/2 bagel (late)
*i also have 3tbs (1 serving) of trail mix if i need a pickup after my run and before ballet
B: yogurt, tea S: watermelon, cheese stick L: Indian takeout at work! Oh Happy Day! S: carrot and an apple D: salad E: none, going to be 97 here today, and I have a Dr.'s appointment. Two great excuses.
E: arms and abs B: Orange and banana with a light vanilla frap L: Wine and Cheese salad from Bagel Bagel D: Grilled trout (or whatever fish I can find) with veggies

B: coffee with milk and sugar, banana L: salad with greens, pear, dried cranberries, goat cheese, pecans S: greek yogurt and strawberries (may change if I'm out) D: spinach ravioli with sundried tomato sauce, maybe a glass of wine
E: 4 mile run, 1 mile walk (was supposed to be a 5 mile run, but the last mile was uphill and brutal in the heat, so I walked most of it).
B: Coffee, fried eggs, sauteed veggies L: Leftover carnitas with a salad S: ?, maybe almond butter with carrots or an apple D: Ginger and Cilantro Tilapia, a veggie or salad E: Just stretching
B - egg on ww english muffin, fruit, coffee + milk S - 1/2 clif bar L - chicken salad on Dr Krackers + vegetables/dip + fruit S (if needed) - edamame D - chicken casserole
E1 = 30 minutes on elliptical E2 = strength training E3 = 4 mile hill run This is not because I'm a working out super star, but just because my day is nuts & I have small windows where I can work out, so I need to split it up. ;-)
B1 - small banana, tbsp of PB E1 - 6 mile tempo run B2 - Kashi GOLEAN hot cereal L - cottage cheese, beets, mashed sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, berries E2 - Vinyasa Yoga - still sore from lifting Snack - apple, babybel cheese D - 5 year anniversary - dinner out tonight - hummus, pita, scallops, and some choc. cake
B: Banana, peanut butter, vanilla protein shake S1: Handful of almonds L: Need to try to find something healthy off of Rosati's menu... It's our swim team fundraiser day. It's a deep dish pizza place so I don't know how well this is going to go. S2: Greek yogurt, pineapple D: Veggie and shrimp stir-fry since we had leftovers last night instead of this. E: 1 mile run (calves are KILLING me today, so I took it easy), then 20 minutes on the AMT machine
B: English muffin with dark chocolate peanut butter & a protein shake L: Turkey sandwich, brown rice & vegetables, and applesauce D: Not sure yet. Something with chicken. S: Pears E: It's my one day off I take a week. I might try to go for a walk with my daughter in her stroller, but it's supposed to be storming later so that's up in the air.
Strange day - took off work for my bf's bday! B: bagel and cream cheese L: small salad- romaine, carrot, tomato, light Italian dressing S1: a few peanut butter mms and a handful of movie popcorn D: take out- pad Thai (lots of veggies, no egg), 2 veggie dumplings E: day off S2: homemade stone fruit pie and a tiny bit of ice cream
