B: oatmeal w/ apple, blueberries, some nuts and dried berries, coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, hot tea w/ stevia on way to work L: spinach, arugala and kale w/ tuna, tomatoes, mushrooms, pickles, and snap peas, greek yogurt w/ fruit S: apple and mini babybel cheese D: probably leftover baked eggplant parmesan, steamed veggies E: class tonight = rest day
B: oatmeal L: swedish meatballs and peppered egg noodles with peas and carrots S: apple and peanut butter D: herd tossed shrimp and mediterranean quinoa
First time doing this :-) B: eggs, blueberries, and roasted sweet potatoes. L: on the fly while running errands; tanka bar, banana, and egg white protein shake. D: grilled salmon with chili powder and maple syrup, and roasted zucchini. Snacks: go raw super cookies, mini bell peppers, 1/4 hail merry tart, That's It Apple Mango bar. Exercise: 30 minutes intervals on elliptical and circuit training.
