We're at the playground and Jamie was playing with the gate. Some kid comes up to get in and pushes Jamie out of the way to do it. His mom says nothing.
Then, I had left a thing of bubbles by the sandbox bc I had to go chase Jamie. The mom picks them up and starts blowing them. Fine, I don't mind sharing. Then the little shit kid grabs them, pulls the wand off, and dumps them out, leaving the pieces scattered across the playground. Bitch didn't even pick up the pieces, I did and then asked her where the wand was. She gave it to me, no apologies. Then Jamie starts asking for bubbles and I say right in front pf her that there are no more bubbles bc someone used them all. She goes "oh just put water in it, they'll be more bubbles." I walked away and gave her a dirty look. Her beast of a child then ran out of the playground.
I wish I coul have told her that shes a terrible mother and her child is a brat
I don't understand how some people can act this way, let their kids be wild beast like this, and consider it normal! I hate confrontations, so I'd never be able to say anything bitchy.
Ugh I would never be able to say something either but wtf at that rudeness?? Kids push Audrey, but the parents are usually normal and warn them to be careful of the baby. That kid is going to act so entitled when he gets older.
I also feel like, if my kid poured out another kid's bubbles or something similar I would immediately offer the parent some cash to buy a new one. It's not that they're so expensive, but it's polite, you know?

OMG what a bitch. I mean seriously, no wonder a lot of kids these days are such little assholes. Its really not their fault it is the fault of their horrible parents.
Of course, I'm the one who will speak up and tell other people's children to play nice if they're being pushy toward Caleb (Abby can take care of herself). Last Saturday, we were at DH's grandmother's birthday party, which was held at their church. Abby was playing in the nursery with her two second cousins, who have been known to be a little wild. When I saw the mess the three of them had made, I told them to make sure they cleaned it up afterward and they were all in charge of it.
It was only after I left the room I realized I should probably at least give their mom a heads-up that I'd scolded her kids along with mine.
She couldn't have at least mustered up an "I'm sorry"? How rude!
Right?! Especially when her brute of a kid pushed Jamie to get into the playground. And this was like a 5 year old, I should mention, so he should have known better

She is a butthole. ETA: You are much nicer than me, remember that time I told an older child not to touch Adam at a play area? Lol, that was my favorite. No one pushes my sweet child and gets away with it, those little turds.

He was 5?? He should've apologized to you himself then! Sounds like he has no discipline at home.
