Is there a good app out there for iphones for strength training? I am looking for an app that has a strength training schedule built into it that I can follow every day. I downloaded ifitness and I used it today and it seems pretty good but there is a very small amount of workouts on it. Any suggestions?
Fitness Buddy is pretty good...several workouts, plus a huge database of exercises and pictures of how to do them. Also a way to log your lifting too. Jefit has some good things too, but I don't like it as much as Fitness Buddy.
