Are the other babies going through this? The belly button/nipple thing reminded me. Now when Matilda does something, she then wants everyone to also do it in turn.
So she will show her belly button then point to dada. Then, he shows it and she points to mama. And if other people are there, they must also take their "turn". Same goes for things like playing peekaboo with a towel over her head. She hands it to the next person and insists they do it. Then, it's mamas turn. etc.
Yup. Cute until its, "Oh thank you for sharing your food, your turn now. Please put it in your mouth and eat it." x2 kids x every.single.bite at every.single.meal.

Yeah this except I have just one. It is cute at first but it gets old really fast, lol.
Carter's doing that, especially with eating. Everyone must take a bite before he'll take his next one. He also likes to direct us. He had four adults petting my brother's dog at the same time the other day. Whenever one of us tried to stop, he'd pull the person back over, place his/her hand on the dog, and then point and raise his eyebrows until s/he was properly petting again. The dog LOVED this game.

Oh yes. This morning was sharing blueberries. She held my hand, put it into the bowl, then one in my mouth, then one in her mouth. Repeat, repeat, repeat.

Hahaha yes! Graham was getting so frustrated--he facetimed with my mom and sister yesterday and couldn't understand why they wouldn't show him their belly buttons. He was showing them his! Lol.

We went to look at a car tonight and Matilda was demanding those people show their belly button, I had to pick her up and try to distract her but she was saying nooooo nooooooo and kept lifting up her shirt!

Carter kept lifting up kids' shirts at Gymboree today to find their navels. And by "kids," I mean "cute, older girls."
