Monday - we're going to H's parents for dinner Tuesday - fish tacos Wednesday - crust less spinach and feta pie with a CSA salad Thursday - lemon basil chicken stir fry with squash and broccoli over rice Friday - headed to the mountains for Labor Day so probably something off the grill

Monday- Ground turkey meat sauce with mushrooms over roasted spaghetti squash Tuesday- Pulled crockpot salsa chicken with black beans and avocado Wednesday- BBQ haddock with quinoa and sauteed spinach Thursday- Grilled steak with sweet potatoes and a green salad Friday- Chicken salad wraps Saturday- Homemade BBQ chicken pizza Sunday- Take out of some sort. Monday- Dh is going to a golf tournament so I will probably be on my own. Cereal or a frozen meal probably.

Monday- Pasta with White Beans with extra veggies Tuesday- Slow cooker Chinese Pork with buns Wednesday- Left overs Thursday- Antipasto Squares with veggies from CSA Friday- Go out/order in with GG Saturday- Slow cooker chili Sunday- left overs
I have so many backup meals (did planning for 2 weeks and did all the shopping in one go. It all came out to under $250 which is major savings since I was going every few days and spending $70!) that come into rotation at different points. Added into this mix for me to swap out if I feel like it: Savory Chicken (aka best chicken ever), Cornish hens and sausages with peppers and onions.

I didn't cook at all last week so I'm pretty much repeating things with one new meal.
Monday: take out Tuesday: Chinese Pork Roast, Fried Rice, Broccoli Wednesday: Tomato and Roasted Garlic Soup, Bread Thursday: Asparagus and Herb Frittata, Roasted Potatoes Friday: Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins, Corn on the Cob Saturday: going to a birthday party
M- chicken gyros with avocado on a gluten free tortilla I just learned how to make made out of mostly eggs. They were pretty good! T- meatballs and sauteed greens W- chicken tortilla soup Th - date night F- girl's night out
M: haddock and roasted brussel sprouts T: cod, sauteed spinach W: Stuffed Peppers (with turkey burger) Th: Jambalaya (but we are trying it with chiouriso) F: turkey tacos Sat:maybe pierogies? Or salmon? Or more cod? Or grilled steak? We need to start eating the food in our freezer or deep freeze

I freaking love porcupine meatballs! I've not heard of anyone else calling them that or eating them! Do you do the tomato soup sauce too?

I got the recipe from charlielove one week I believe! I haven't actually made it though. Instead on Monday we went to look for a car and ate on the road plus anyway I would probably gag right now if I tried to eat something so healthy lol
