So after a couple of weeks of harassing messages saying they are going to charge me $850 for never receiving a defective device from me, I told them stop threatening me and just do it already so I can take them to court and never think of this again.
Basically, I returned the phone as per their directions and put it in a UPS drop box. Someone stole the box from the drop box and there was never a scan. UPS says it is tmobile's problem, tmobile says it is UPS, but in the end I'm getting charged.
This should be fun. I'll be going in pregnant with my probably 18 month old, with a perfect record of 5 returned defective devices. According to research, they notoriously do not show up to court dates, and the person filing wins by default.
A waste of everyone's time, but at least they'll stop messaging me!
