It's our annual self evaluation time at work. Fml. Basically this consists of my pulling out last years write up so I don't write the exact same thing again. I fret and I fret, and then my boss tells me how dumb the whole thing is and we have a chat about goals and how we think the year went. I'm afraid I'm going to get in there and cry about how I suck at life.

I hate, hate, HATE self evaluations! I am my own worst enemy. I always score myself really low, and then sit down with my bosses and they make me cry (in a good way usually)
Then you're evaluated by 6 other people. Yes, SIX.
I would die. I just have one, and he is great, but I am so terrible with criticism and I get so nervous. He's never had a bad thing to say, but I'm still afraid.

Well, I don't actually sit down with all of them--just my supervisor. I have three stakeholders (my docs and my supervisor) and then I have to name 3 others who I work with closely. They fill out a quickie one page thing that's essentially them saying I don't suck.
