What is your favorite brand for kids (especially babies)? I already have a bunch of fun colored and patterned socks for DD, but want something that would be more versatile and basic.
Gap or Old Navy (I think they are these or these). They stay on best.
When they are older (and no longer need the nonskid bottoms), I like the Circo or Hanes ankle (or low-cut or no-show, whichever is lowest) socks from Target.

Old Navy. If you don't need the non skid on the bottom, I got some Polo socks at Marshall's or TJMaxx that stay on really well.
I was going to say Polo, because that's what my sister bought for N and they stay on the best. He hates having anything on his feet, but the Polo socks stay on pretty well. Plus, like the poster above me said, you can get them pretty cheap at TJMaxx!
I have a drawer full of these and refuse to allow any other types/colors enter my house. I can reach in, grab two socks, and move on, no pairing socks. They stay on and maintain their shape well.
These. DS has never been able to pull one of these off. The non-skid bottom was also perfect for learning to walk on our hardwood floors.

Old Navy is my favorite place for socks. We tried ankle, crew & triple roll. I liked them all. ON socks don't super shrink like the other brands we tried & they are more true to size. (Hanes, Target, Kohls)
