Pey went to be ON TIME tonight! DH is working late and won't be home till after midnight. I'm spending the evening cleaning off my maxed out iPhone storage and thinking of turning in early, maybe doing some reading. I know I know. Soooo exciting.
Watching Bridezillas when I should be going to bed. DH works nights every Friday during football season (another reason for me to hate football), so I got to put both kids to bed by myself, and DH is sleeping in in the morning, so I really should be getting to bed.
And I discovered that Chips Ahoy makes chewy chocolate cookies made out of Reese's peanut butter cups. I highly recommend them.

I made a batch of homemade popcorn (which I have just polished off) and am sitting with the iPad in front of the tv watching the Chelsea Lately I had DVR'd from last night.
I'm weaning Jack so he only nurses a little right before bed so it is always my left side he uses. Tonight when he started nursing I got a terrible pain and tenderness in my right side and then I realized I haven't used it in a good few days so I'm trying to figure out what to do to avoid it turning into something bad. Blahhhhhhh. I took Tylenol and am currently kind of pouty/whiny about the whole thing.
Just got home from grocery shopping so after I get C to bed (ugh, he's up late tonight) I am going to organize and clean my kitchen and then watch a movie. Boooring!
I just took my last wondfo and had a bowl of ice cream.
I almost took my remaining FRER this morning after a bizarrely good night of sleep. But I felt nauseated so I figured I'm still good, save it for a day when I wake up well rested AND not sick. Ha
We went to a bar to watch a football game, Ada only made it to halftime so I am putting her to bed and going to watch the end. I drank far too much at the bar
Queens of lame! Lily is still awake. It's 11pm. So she's back down in the living room with us and B just gave her a pouch. I hope a fuller tummy makes her sleepy.
I just got home from working out. At the gym it was me and about 4 other all grey/white haired people...apparently the gym is not "the place" to be at 8 o'clock on a Friday night.
I am watching a movie with H and eating dark chocolate covered coffee beans. Gotta counteract those calories I just burned!

Putting Dahlia to bed and recovering from what was nearly a ER worthy incident. She came running into the kitchen to show me her favorite book, tripped, and slammed forehead first into the seams of the cabinets. She just about split her head open but the skin held despite a small cut and giant goose egg. At 18months H took the same fall into our, at the time stupidly unprotected, subwoofer and came away with 5 or 6 stitches. D's cut was in the exact same location at the exact same location. I know they look alike and match a lot but come on! I hope we made the right call regarding the cut.

Laying on the couch drinking honey vanilla camomile tea with a heating pad on my back because my baby is killing my spine. Matt's trying to put down a very exasperated A, who is yelling "no, no, no, no!" From our bedroom.
Never mind, they're back out. One day, we'll have a child that goes to bed at a normal child hour.

Oh no!! Poor D!! Poor momma too. I'm sure she'll be alright, your mommy instinct is always spot on, dahli.

thedahliharpa I'm so glad it wasn't worse. Charlotte did the same thing on the bookshelf in Claire's room. She instantly got a goose egg and an indention, and I thought for sure she would need stitches. She ended up with just a small cut, and it healed up just fine. I'm sure D's will do the same!

These girls are little brutes I tell you. I'm glad Charlotte was o.k. Same deal here, we were watching the indentation and trying to ice it saying "don't bleed don't bleed". Stinker made it impossible to ice it well.

thedahliharpa, I think he's turned in the past couple of days. There's so much more pressure on my spine and he keeps poking hard out of either side. It's hard for me to tell, mostly because carrying him is so different than A. She was turned down and really low most of the pregnancy. I never even once felt her in my ribs. I have an appointment next Thursday, so I'm going to ask the midwife how I can tell for sure.
I never do this but I'm here and not at work. Haha. I am also drinking by myself and watching Dance Moms waiting for hubby to get home. This took me like 5 mins to type b/c of mis-typing. boooooo

I think spinning babies has a belly mapping guide but it all felt the same to me. I'm sorry you are uncomfortable
