I don't know why this is pissing me off so much.  There are ways to say what she really wants - an English speaking person - with out saying it the way she said it.  It's making me stabby.

What she really wants is someone who is licensed and insured apparently - I just got myself to read all the comments.  So ask for that.  I could recommend someone to her but I won't.

We have landscapers. They are licensed and insured. They are about 80% Mexican on any given day. They all speak English (some better than people who speak it as their first and only language), and they are the best damn landscapers I've ever had. When Andrew was littler, they'd stop what they were doing and turn off their machines when they saw me coming or going because they didn't want to wake up or scare the baby.

I <3 my Mexican landscapers. I'd love them if they were Colombian or Guatemalan or Chinese or American.

DH is half Mexican!!! Lily (with her blonde hair and blue eyes) is 1/4! I get to be all icked out about Jewish stuff for Linz, Mexican stuff for Lily. Go diversity!
