How'd everyone do this week? I may post and run bc I'm on vacation
I'm down to 162.8 as of Friday, which is a loss of 1.2 lbs. yay! I'm so excited bc I haven't seen the number 162 in a long time. Not since I was gaining the weight :/
I struggling a little on vacation with all the wine and food, but I'm trying to make healthy choices as best I can. I met with my nutritionist before leaving and she told me not to be too hard on myself. As long as I don't binge, I'm not going to undo all my hard work. And not to feel guilty if I go for the second or third glass of wine bc it's not like I do this all the time. I really like her for that.
I went on 2 long walks with the boys and did sit ups 2 days.
I'm down a little over a pound so slowly getting back to my pp weight. More of my shorts are fitting they just don't look the way I want them to yet. I need to tone my stomach. Its pretty dtretched out after 2 kids.
Way to go rjamz!! Your nutritionist sounds pretty awesome too!

I broke into a new decade this morning so I had to take a picture of the scale because I'm a dork like that
My ultimate goal is between 135-140. I'm feeling good and more like myself. I was 180 when I got pregnant with Blake, so it is amazing being able to wear some of my pre Avery clothes again.

I'm down half a pound, but I think it's more normal fluctuation than actual weight loss. I was really bad this last week, only worked out once and ate pretty crappy. AF showed up this morning, so I'm blaming her for my fatigue and crappy food cravings.
Can I AW myself? I didn't gain a single ounce over the weekend despite the extra drinking and less than healthy eating (I did do my best to track everything).
I'm so proud of myself. I feel like now the upcoming holidays won't derail me either. Also I went for a run in the mountains yesterday and now my thighs are killing me.
I lost .7 this week, which puts me back where I was before we went to visit Dh's parents, which included fair food and daily restaurants. Since starting myfitnesspal in June, I've lost 9 pounds. Nine pounds in 11 weeks isn't bad for starters. Now that Abby's back in school, I'm hoping to be more regular about exercising too.
I just want to say that you guys are awesome! I don't struggle with my weight right now, but I struggle so much with my will power. Reading these updates always reinvigorates me to make good food choices.
I'm avoiding the scale. We did the juice cleanse for 3 days again which obviously made me lose a lot of water weight, then we went on vacation for a week where I PIGGED OUT. Like, ridiculous amounts of fried fish, pies, alcohol, you name it. I also haven't worked out in 10 days, which is ridiculous. I feel utterly gross.
All vacations are over now, and school starts for H next week so it is back to the routine tomorrow. And watch out fellow fitbit users, it's going back on in the morning!
