Let me live vicariously through your fun labo(u)r day adventures.
Our weekend was pretty tame because (have I mentioned?) I'm so. friggin. tired. But we went to the pool a few times, so that was fun. We hung out in our new fancy backyard a little. We went to the air & space museum. We did not grocery shop even though we have zero food and five squares of toilet paper left. We started packing for our move, so that was exciting!

We got back this morning from a trip to the mountains. We did some hiking, visited a historical area, shopped, and went out to eat (successfully) a few times with the girls. All in all it was a nice trip!
I hope the second trimester will bring you some of your energy back!
We got back from a week on the Cape Saturday afternoon. The weather here is crap - super humid, random downpours, overcast. Our plans for the beach today were out the window, so instead we did marathon errands, including braving Target for school supplies (Bostonians will know how insane we were to go anywhere near Target September 1st weekend...).
The good news is we got all of H's back to school stuff done. School doesn't start until the 9th, so now we can take it easy next weekend!

Pretty tame. I ran around by myself on Saturday, we went to the children's museum all day yesterday, and we're just relaxing at home and having a lazy day today!
It was a busy one for us! I worked 1/2 day on Friday, and then we drove down to San Diego for SIL's wedding rehearsal and dinner. I slept a whopping 2.5 hours that night and got up for the wedding day shenanigans. It was a LOOOOOONG day, but everything turned out beautifully. We went to a luncheon yesterday for close family and friends of the bride and groom, and headed home. Our AC went out yesterday, so we have been attempting to stay cool in the middle of this crazy heat wave.

How close are you to Allston? A million dollars wouldn't be worth going in around there this weekend. We almost went to the Publick House on Beacon on Saturday night and then remembered it was move in weekend.
We went to the park a lot and fought with Ari over nap time. Dh was actually on TV yesterday as he was camped out in front of the 9th hole at a golf tourney.
I know! H killed it this time after I screamed and hid behind my baby.
I survived nature this weekend, for heaven's sake! Only to be taken down by an urban bug

I recently remembered that my last roach experience was last September during a period of a ton of rain. I think I saw 3 or 4 in one week . My days are numbered.

We did nothing. J got sick on Friday morning and I was sick by Friday evening. We cuddled and nursed our colds together. While he napped, I graded papers and lesson planned.

Saturday I worked, yesterday we went to a bbq at inlaws and today we had brunch on the river with my family and took some photos of May with our new camera.
we went camping and had a great time. Until bedtime. He whined and cried all night and none of us slept. I'm SOOOOO tired today. We got up at 730 and started packing the car and headed home because we were both tired and cranky. I'm laying down resting (AKA probing) while they play and go to the grocery store
Saturday was grocery shopping, watching football, grilling steak, and catching up on the DVR. Yesterday, DH and his Bro took the waverunners out so Logan and I just spent a quiet day at home. Today DH stayed home with Logan and I got to drive into town and go shopping all by myself. I got out early and missed the worst of the crowds.
I worked a lot, which is good since we are going on vacation next week. $600 for 8 hours of work is right up my alley Besides that H is getting a cold and acting pathetic. Hopefully he snaps out of it and no one else catches it.

We are in Brookline, close to Washington Square/Publick House actually. It's a madhouse here. And we went to the Target in Watertown, because apparently we are masochists.

I had an awesome weekend! We got a sitter and went to a Casino, we gambled all day, went to The Band Perry Concert at the casino, then gambled some more! (we ended up losing, but not a lot!)
Then today we went with my mom to a Doggie Dive In, the last day the pool is open they let people bring their dogs to swim, it was really cool and Cam loved seeing all the dogs! I will have to post pics.
Tonight we are going to Hooters for our Fantasy Football draft for a league we are both in.

Oh man. I lived in Brighton during grad school. That whole area is nuts. Even Watertown is crazy. Hope it calms down soon.
Normal chores on Saturday, attempted to stay up late to watch the UCLA game but I fell asleep. We went to a Nationals baseball game Sunday. We went to the pool twice since today was the last day it's opened.

Saturday we went to a cookout at my sisters house. We had plans to go to the parade but woke up to some yucky weather. I took a two hour nap today and it was amazing. Today has been pretty laid back.
We've been in NC for a week now. Friday was the rehearsal dinner/party where we took over a local restaurant and kept G out until 11pm. Saturday was my brother's wedding and we stayed out until 10:30pm. Last night we all (30+ of us) went to my parents' favorite pizza place and were out until after 9pm. Today we went to the mall and took G on the carousel, but luckily had her in bed by 7 and asleep by 7:30pm. It's been so much fun but I'm not used to this much partying any more!
devonpow, you are crazy! I used to live in Watertown and that Target gets emptier Labor day weekend than the bread aisle before the first snowstorm.
