How long have you been going? and how long did it take you to do some of the skill movements Rx'd? (HSPU, Pull-ups, muscle ups...)
I have only been there 3 weeks now and am scaling down the weight. Usually we have 3 options and I am a step or two down from Rx'd.
Box jumps: No problem Double unders: Not even close Pull ups: can do 2-3 kipping in a row but do assisted in Wods for now. HSPU: do with 2 ab mats. Could pry do one mat or no mat for 1 or more. Muscle ups: No way. Have to do pull ups and dips GHB: yep
This is all that we have really gotten to so far.
I am just curious to see how long it took you guys to get comfortable with things and where you stand now. Feel free to add to the list.

It sounds like you were in really good shape prior to starting CF.
I was a runner (long distance) before CF, and never really lifted weights, so I was started from scratch on most of the upper body movements.
I have been going for 4 months and I can:
box jumps=do 20" in WODs, can do a couple at 24" Pull ups=banded pullups (have one more level band to use before I can try it without) Pushups=just started doing real pushups 2 weeks ago. HSPU=just started doing these, but can only do it with 3 ab mats Muscle ups=there is only ONE girl in our box that can do these...only a couple of guys can do them as well Double Unders=just starting to practice these...
For lifting, I can see really good progress there since I started. Most of my maxes I have doubled or more since I first started!
I've been going for almost a year--I started in August of 2011. I made a lot of progress between August and January, when I got pregnant and started pushing less. Now I'm making backwards progress because I'm heavier and less mobile.
Box jumps: Always did Rx pre-PG, am doing step-ups now
Double unders: Ha! I think I've done three total in the entire year. I just got my own speed rope, though, and I think adjusting the height to fit me will make a huge difference, since the ones at my box were set for taller people.
Pull ups: Pre-PG, I was in the smallest band and/or doing them with no band, but a jump assist. Now I am back in the second to thickest band.
HSPU: We don't use abmats but I do them piked on a box.
Muscle ups: No way.
GHB: We don't have one at our box.
Push-ups: Did Rxed most of the time pre-PG, back to my knees now.
I have never done a T2B, but pre-PG I was able to string together a few good K2E.
For Olympic lifts, I was almost always Rxed and one of the strongest females at our box. In December, I did Fran with 65# thrusters. Now, I'm doing 42# thrusters, but I've gained about 20ish pounds so I suppose it evens out.
I've been going for almost 3 years (will be on Sept. 1). I was pretty out of shape when I started, really hadn't been working out for a bit over a year (after being really active for 5+ years). I do most of the heavy lifting at or near Rx'd. Other movement, yeah, not so much. I am 25 overweight (and have been since I started CF, I really like beer!), so A LOT of it is psychological for me - especially anything that involves me hanging from the pullup bar, so I can barely do a pull up with a band and normally still jump (sigh!) So,
Pull ups - with band if warmup, jump in WOD (but this will change by the end of the summer) Pushups - "real" ones when I can , but if there's a lot, I am on my knees HSPUs - I can only get into the handstand, but cannot make myself move - going to try to a kipping HSPU the next time we do them. DU - I can get 7-10 in a row, just depends how tired I am Ring dips - need a band - most people at my box do Box jumps - do Rx'd Muscle ups - pretty sure this is something that I will never be able to do - seriously, this is probably one of the hardest moves, especially for women. It is also the move that really separates the athletes during the regionals/games.
It takes everyone different times to get the different movements, especially because body weight movements are easier if you are smaller (generally). I would just keep trying to improve. I just own my scaled movement and do it the best I can.

I agree with pp that is sounds like you were in good shape before CrossFit!
I started CrossFit in April 2010. Then got pregnant and quit going for a hail. Starting back 6 weeks pp (October 2011) and have been going regularly since then.
Box jumps: the highest I've done in a WOD is 24" Pull ups: unassisted DU: I can do two at a time. In WODs I almost always fo singles. HSPU: did them in a WOD for the first time without a band last night! Muscle ups: haven't even ever tried
What is GHB?
Like starry, I have seen significant increases in my lifting weights since I started. My C&J max used to be 100# and Monday I got a PR of 130#.
We have only had them come twice and I tried them last week before the wod but could only string two of them. So I opted for the knees to elbows/armpits.
I do think I am in better shape then I give myself credit for. We had been doing 60 min circuit training and plyometric classes since January but took off 4+ weeks to recoup before starting CF. I guess I though I would have gotten more out of shape but it is all coming back pretty fast.
Our box is already talking about forming a team (to do what, I am not quite sure) but one of the trainers gave me the heads up that my name has been mentioned as a possible. I would need to get up to Rx'd though first I am sure.
I was just curious to how long it took you guys on average. I am trying to be careful not to push too hard to fast but it is hard when you are starting out to know what you are already capable of.
I feel like my strength has already grown immensely. I work out during our open gym and most days it is just me and one of the trainers and we are doing some of the crossfit outlaw programming and I having so much fun lifting heavy weights and finding my strengths and weaknesses.

It would probably be for next year's Crossfit Games (which are in a few weeks). You have some time to get up to where you would probably need to be to compete. My sister box is going to the Games and my current box has already started getting people training to get a team together for next year.
I dabbled in CF before I got pregnant but nothing regular. I started going regularly at the end of January 5 weeks PP. Box jumps: 16, max is 34.25 Pull ups: smallest band kipping, middle band dead hang DU: one if I'm lucky but I don't practice much. I'm ordering a speed rope soon. HSPU: 3 abmats but I usually do them standing on a 24 inch box for WODs. Muscle ups: haven't ever tried GHB: is this something people can't do? I haven't had a GHB wod yet but I've done it on my own. Toes to bar: between armpit & bar
I'm not RXing any of those yet. I've been at it a month. I can usually RX lifts, but lifting is definitely my strength.
box jumps=have a mental block on these, even though I can jump on stacked plates that = a 20" box...yeah, I'm working on it. Pull ups=banded pullups, just learned how to kip Pushups=I start out with real pushups in WODs but end up dropping to my knees at some point. Always do real for warmups. HSPU=I do these piked right now Muscle ups=no way Double Unders=just got 2 last week. I need to order my own rope. GHB=we don't do these Toes to Bar=haven't done these yet
