I hate my cell phone company

They keep screwing up. Badly.

After all the drama with the lost broken phone that I'm going to have to pay $850 for, I was promised a new phone, free of charge since my service does not work. They put it through, but it didn't go through successfully. So I call back to find out what is happening and when I can have a phone that works and the lady I speak to pushes it through so it is shipped out.

I went to track it today to find out its not free, but $288 now and $39/month for 2 fucking years! I did NOT agree to that. At any point. I would not agree to that ever.

So now I have to fight with them again and I am done. I am cancelling my service and going to have to shell out fucking $400 to do so. I cannot take this any more. I am beyond pissed and just want to cry and cry. I don't have this money to be throwing away!

I'm going to refuse the package when it gets delivered. I will not have that thing in my hands for one moment to risk them charging me for a phone I never agreed to.

They totally screwed me with this phone. Not as much as you got screwed! But they sent me the wrong phone then told me it was my fault because I should've refused delivery. Uh, how was I supposed to know it was wrong??!!!

Ugh that sucks!

I was going to refuse the package, afraid if my fingerprints were so much as on the box that they'd charge me anyway. Spoke to loyalty and they took the charge off and the $40 monthly charge is just my base plan for our phones and they word it stupidly.
