I'm kind of interested in doing something like this with you guys- but with other things as well, like squats, sit ups, etc...maybe it will motivate me if I know a bunch of us are trying to do this at home. I need to do some sort of weight training/resistance along with my daily walking.
Squats are so good if you're also walking. No equiptment needed. Helps your knees and hips support your frame like WHOA. I think squatting helped my running because it helped my frame.
I started an ab challenge and quit after, like, a day.

So I didn't want to plank on the hardwoods so I came to my bedroom so I could do it on carpet. I still haven't gotten up. I'm just laying on the floor probing. Laziness to the max.

I wish I was pregnant just so I could challenge my personal squat record. I'm damn proud at being able to hold a squat for 20mins at 37 weeks. Now I could probably only do a few minutes. Planks seem more torturous to me.
