B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, blueberries, some nuts and dried fruit, coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, hot green tea and Airborne tabs for my cold:( L: raw veggies and hummus, soup, and a plum S: apple and mini babybel D: probably more soup - my cold is kicking my butt:( E: hopefully get in a 5/6 mile run after school
B: ww waffles, blueberries and syrup. Craving coffee so that is not a good sign! L: leftover pasta S: applesauce and fiber bar D: tilapia, brown rice, veggies E: 3 mile walk
