That's awesome! It really annoys me at the girl's school that they won't take them to the potty/do training until they are in the 2.5 year old class. They switch rooms after 4th of July weekend so we did it that weekend and brought H back to school in underwear. I felt like she was ready in January at 2 but then became indifferent for a few months because she became complacent with diapers.

Oh man, that sucks that they don't support it!
Edies only been using the potty for about 2 months. The teacher assured the other parents she'd prob lead the pack with the potty!

That's great. It seemed like a bunch of kids all did it at the same time and the group dynamic helped. I'm hoping to capitalize on 4th of July again next year but I fear that one kid did so well that the other will be a nightmare just to keep me from being remotely smug about it.
Our daycare used to wait until 2.5 but there's a bathroom in between the toddler room and the preschool room next door. The new toddler teacher has been sitting the kids on the potty at diaper change time if they want.
