When you have a specific workout to do at the pool, what do you write it on and where do you put it? Do you just write it on a piece of paper and keep it on the deck by your lane? Yes, I feel super lame asking this!

I write mine on a piece of paper with a ballpoint pen. Then I dip it in the pool and stick it to either the pool wall (inside the gutter) or an extra kickboard. If I'm not doing a lot of kicking, I'll stick it to my own kickboard.

I use an index card and stick it to my water bottle once it's wet. Also, be sure to use a water-proof pen (I learned the hard way that the Pilot G-2 Pens are NOT waterproof).
