What do you ladies eat for breakfast on a regular basis? I need help!!!!!
I try to exericse 3-4 times a week, however I dont eat breakfast until I am in the car on my way to work or already at work.
Here are my typical breakfasts: - Waffles with peanut butter - Zone Perfect Bar - Total Lean Protein Shake - Coffee with half & half and sugar - Banana
If I am feeling bad I will sometimes stop for a donut or bacon artisan breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. (Bows head). I know these 2 options are not good for me!!!!!

I'm a car breakfast person as well. Usually an egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel thin and a banana. Or egg and cheese burrito. Sometimes a protein shake with pb and banana.
When I don't workout at home I just eat at my desk quickly. I either bring some type of quiche/egg cups from home or I pickup a protein sandwich from Panera.
I don't typically eat "breakfast foods" for breakfast. Breakfast is just a meal and you can eat anything. I usually do leftovers from dinner. Or I make things (usually some combination of ground meat and a few types of vegetables) and reheat them in the morning.
I eat breakfast at work most days. I keep a bag of large flake oats in a cupboard that I can use to make oatmeal in the office microwave. I keep jars of almond butter and peanut butter in the fridge to add to my oatmeal. I've also kept a bag of frozen blueberries in the freezer to add to oatmeal.
I fully acknowledge that my system involves taking advantage of office storage space and fridge.

I eat a lot of yogurt parfaits. Plain Greek yogurt, fruit, a little honey, and top with nuts or granola. If I'm lazy or don't have fruit that works, I just eat a flavored Greek yogurt.
I eat breakfast in my car - tall cups are your best friend. Fill with cereal/milk, oatmeal, overnight oats, or scrambled eggs. I also like making oatmeal bars that are easy for on-the-go or muffins from baked eggs. Think outside the typical breakfast box too - sandwiches are easy and car-friendly

'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
I am a multitasker as well. And I always have my breakfast one the go. I ended up purchasing a shake that I use for a meal replacement but it doesn't have to be used that way. Some people use it for an afternoon snack and others after a workout.
It is super easy to mix up in a shaker cup or I blend mine with yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Whatever I am in the mood for.
Another open for on the go would be an whole wheat or multigrain eggo. That works in the car. Just put some almond butter spread over top and fold in half.

I eat the same 3 things every.single.morning. Creature of habit, right here.
1) Piece of fruit (apple, peach, plum, whatever's in season) 2) Greek yogurt 3) Whole wheat English muffin w/PB (been doing melted mozzarella while pregnant though, oddly PB has been one of my biggest aversions, lol)
I eat oatmeal at my desk or a Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich from the freezer. They aren't great but have a decent amount of protein and are 250 cal or less.
