I have about 30-45 minutes to do some weights. I need to strengthen for running. I have a full set of weights, a bench and medicine balls. I'll send a pic this afternoon when I leave the building. (I didn't want to creep out the guy lifting while I was running today).
Here's what I do currently, I am trying to do more strength training/core stuff but am just running out of time.
Day 1 (usually on a Monday): squats lunges side lunges with rubber band wall sits (where you lean your back on a wall and 'sit' down) stability ball hip extensions planks
Day 2 (usually on a Wed or Thurs): pushups planks and side planks shoulder raises bicep curls triceps extension sit up's lower body Russian twist Superman exercise
