Thursday evening but still technically Thursday, right?
I'm thankful to get to go to afternoon classes at the gym. I was a little disappointed about the slim pickings in the 6am classes but readjusted my attitude and am pretty happy.
I'm thankful DH is getting back into running. He is so happy when he runs regularly (and I think he is pretty hot without a shirt). (hot)
I am extremely excited over how well I have bounced back to doing weights. I must have been completely worn down these last few months. I'm doing better now than I was last summer. I'm barely even sore and it feels so good!
This is kind of corny, but I am so thankful to live in a time and place with easy access to effective medical care.
I have been sick this week and was totally miserable, but then I got antibiotics and started feeling better by the next morning. Then I was thinking what life was like before antibiotics. You'd be that god-awful miserable for weeks (months?) or just die. And the same for people in developing countries without access to decent medical care. We are all so incredibly fortunate.
