Sort of H&F related - Project Runway 9/5

Does anyone watch? Last night was a fitness wear challenge for Heidi's New Balance line. 

I won't post the spolier of who won but I will post a link to the designs (PSA - I'm sure there is a spoiler on the site (especially in the comments of the pictures)as to who won so look at the link at your own risk)

I'm not a big pants person for working out but I liked Bradon's pants, Kate's jacket. I liked Ken's the best

I hated the drop waist bottoms though - UGH.

I liked Karen's, but I wish it was charcoal instead of black. Ken's was ok for someone else, but probably not something I would buy.

You know, I feel snarky saying this but I can't help but wonder why there wasn't more innovation there. I feel like all but 2 of those items are already available on the market and the 2 that aren't, I wouldn't want.

Although, honestly ... how much innovation can you put into a pair of tight pants or shorts and a tank top.

No way you could run on those drop waist pants. The chafing would be terrible.

I really liked Kate's.

When Ken made a comment about using black on the bottom to disguise sweat, I was like - you understand me!

Most of what I saw, I made comments like - fabric too heavy, wouldn't breathe, bad for chafing, and on and on.

Who had the asymmetrical jacket? Alexander? I kind of liked that. It was between Ken and Alexander for me for wearability.
I did like Helen's pants though. They were a little hard to see but I think they were an overlay with green underneath.
Didn't like Kate's at all - too heavy and that jacket back zipper swinging around, just no.

I don't actually watch anything else except the runway part of the show - so don't really get in to the personalities.

ETA: I cannot stand the Yoplait ad that plays at every single commercial break. I mute it every time.

I liked the mesh on the back of the one jacket. But then, the last one I watched they said the outfit I liked was trampy. So maybe I'm not the best judge. I hated the strapping on the back of Kens(?) tank.

I fast forward through a lot of it.  I can't stand workroom drama. I like to see what the challenge is,  Tim's critique and the runway.

Ok, i just watched and can finally participate in this post lol

I liked the color combination in kates. I loved helens pants and that jacket. I love the color under the mesh.

The drop pants are awful.
