B: oatmeal w/blueberries + honey S1: yogurt w/granola L: leftover stuffed bellpeppers - YUM! - thank god i don't have to eat out today!! S2: i have a 1/2 bagel and a protein bar so maybe both or just one. E: P90X shoulders + arms D: TBD- something with corn and tomatoes because i have alot of them!
B: oatmeal and banana, 1 cup of watermelon, hot green tea E: Rest but I think I'm going to get some Yoga in L: cottage cheese, squash & zucchini slices, yogurt D: tuna fish sandwich from my fav. sandwich shop, pickle, S: mini Luna bar, maybe some left over choc. cake
B: raspberries and strawberries with granola, decaf tea with almond milk L: tomato-pepper soup, 1/2C Corn, spinach, ww pita chips S1: homemade rice crispy treat, or a few peanut mms E: yoga is cancelled tonight :-( I might try a yoga dvd that I have but have never used, or go for a run. D: Leftover vegan pad thai/veggies S2: maybe a small piece of leftover pie (if I manage to go for a run)
B: Grande skinny caramel macchiato from Starbucks, Cherrios (I know... not the best breakfast in the world, but the coffee hit the spot today) S1: Handful of almonds L: Leftover veggie stir-fry, 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on a serving of Triscuits, apple S2: Nature Valley protein bar D: Jimmy John's Veggie Unwich (on the go tonight due to a swim meet) E: Biked 10 miles
90 minute run in 90 degree heat while pushing the jogging stroller! Followed by me finishing the rest of the Oreo ice cream, no sharing It was well deserved. For lunch, a chicken and rice bowl with guacamole. Dinner was supposed to be meatballs and salad, but that sounds unappetizing right about now.

B: English muffin & Dark Chocolate PB, Protein shake, coffee L: Leftover pasta D: Not sure yet. Running low on food, no time to shop until tomorrow S: Um...I forgot to bring any to work. E: Already did it before work. 10 miles of cycling at the Y. Might take DD for a walk tonight since it's not raining for the first time in a week, and it's not a million degrees outside.
