My iPad keeps turning on by itself. How do I make it stop?

It was in my purse during dinner and when I came out it was super hot.

Also, I think I'm supposed to be more excited about this gadget than I actually am.

No cover yet but I'm getting one tomorrow. How can the buttons get hit, though? It was in my purse in my car for four hours.

It is probably hot from being in the car. If it gets too hot it will auto power down so maybe that is what happened? Stick it some place cool and see what happens.

But it wasn't hot this evening. It was cold enough to turn the seat heaters on.

Yes! You're Catholic! 

You know we actually have priests that are trained to be exorcists?  It's done very secretly and only one person actually knows who the exorcist is for any given Diocese. That part is kind of scary.

This is how I feel about my $800 bejeweled blitz player, too. I resoleved this weekend to put all my upcoming appointments on it and at least start using the calendar.

Hmmm. I have had my iPhone power down when it wasn't very warm out but it was sitting in direct sunlight. If it keeps happening, take it in, they'll replace it.

Seriously? That is incredible. 

Yes. I took a message at my job right after I started and the woman said she needed an exorcism done. I almost ignored it. But I told my supervisor and she said in a very matter of fact voice, "oh, please pass that message to so-n-so. She takes all calls regarding exorcisms."

i was really surprised and then she explained it to me and how it is very secretive and only the Bishop knows which priest is the exorcist.

i have learned as lot more about the Catholic Church since I started working for one, I tell you.  It is a lot more than just going to church once a week.  There are so many rules for how certain things are done, who can do them, and why. I've been rue watching episodes of Downton Abby and I laugh because they say things like "yes, your lordship" and it reminds me of when I get to meet certain people and I have to say things like, "Your Excellency" and bow and kiss rings, lol.
