Hmmm not even sure where to start with tantrums these days because over the past week it's over everything. Changing diaper, getting dressed, not picking her up, putting her in her high chair to eat, then taking her out was even worse of a tantrum. She's also starting going to the floor a bit when she has one. Just putting her hands down and doing downward facing dog mostly.
This morning I discovered bargaining with her to avoid a tantrum. Every morning I offer her sippy of milk while getting ready for daycare. She sometimes takes a few sips, but is more concerned with carrying it around. She throws a huge fit when I take it away on our way out the door. Well this morning I convinced her that carrying the pack of diapers was WAY cooler than carrying her sippy. She threw the sippy down and happily marched towards the door carrying a huge pack of diapers with a big grin on her face. Crisis averted
Over the last few days Owen's thrown a tantrum because:
I wanted to change his poopy diaper. I wouldn't let him play with another kids car/ride in/parent's push it thing. I wanted to hold his hand while we walked to the park. I didn't get his dinner to him fast enough. I only read "Goodnight Gorilla" 3 times.

I think our tantrums are starting over here. When Violet does her puzzles and tries to put a piece in the wrong spot she dies 1000 deaths when she realizes it doesn't fit. Full on silent cry every time.

Violet has the most tragic silent cry. It's adorable
This morning: I was in the shower when he woke up so he couldn't nurse within nanoseconds of waking. He wanted to brush his teeth, and I took too long figuring out he wanted mommy's toothbrush. No, he did not want his pediasure in a cup, out of the bottle with a straw, or straight from the bottle with mommy helping. He had to drink it straight himself. And that was just before 7.
Oh the drama! The pictures are awesome. And, I want to see a silent cry. A has been the tantrum queen lately and there is nothing SILENT about them. I curse the child that showed her that she should throw herself on the ground and do an angry crawl all over the place while dropping crocodile tears on the floor. There are too many to even count these days.
