Agriturismo/ B&B recs in Tuscany?

Hi! My husband and I are traveling to Italy in, oh, two weeks, and are looking for recs of great B&Bs or agriturismos (sp?) to stay in while we're there. We'll be staying in Tuscany for about 3 nights. 

Also, how is it in Tuscany at the end of September/early October in regards to weather/tourists?

We stayed at Villa Cicolina in Montepulciano - it was an absolute dream. Loved it so so much! You'll be renting a car I'm assuming?

Can't answer your weather question, as we were there in June.

We stayed here, and it was lovely. I'd definitely recommend it. It's within walking distance to the adorable little town of Greve. We were there in 3rd week Sept a few years ago and the weather was perfection, and I didn't think it was over crowded in the least.
