I had an interview today that I feel went kind of poorly. I am drafting my thank you now. Should I touch on a few of the points that I neglected to mention that are relevant or just keep it short and generic? Also, the place is very casual (jeans were encouraged as interview attire - I chose to not follow that advice and wore slacks) so should I do a standard mailed thank you or go for an email version? Thanks!

I'm sorry you feel like it didn't go well That's never fun.
I think emailed thank you notes are best - they will get there quicker and won't get lost in the office mail room mess. And it's always good to touch on the things in the job description that you're the best qualified for and bring up something that you talked about in the interview.
