I had really good luck with laser on my face (chin, cheeks, sideburns) and am wondering if it might be worth it to do my legs? I have heard some people say it didn't work so I am wondering if my face will be an indication of how my legs will go. It's a lot of $, time and discomfort if it's not going to work... Any experiences out there?

I get LHR and love it. It really depends on the type of hair on your legs and your skin type. Did you have really dark coarse hair on your face? I tried to get my upper lip area done and was told my hair was too blonde and thin for it to be effective. I did have my neck area done for a few pesky black hairs that popped up monthly and that seemed to help ok.
I also had my underarms done at the same time and I'm convinced it was the place I went that it didn't help. (did 8 treatments pkg and it grows back within a few days of shaving).
I've had 7 treatments on my bikini (full) and it was taking around 5 months for the hair to sparsely and thinly grow back there - that laser place is my fav and highly recommended. I'll start my legs there in the fall. Even though I have tan legs, she said she can use a different laser type and it would likely take more sessions than the no tan bikini area, but would still work.

The hair on my face wasn't corse but it was dark. I am pretty pale. The hair on my legs us super corse. I also had my underarms done. Not as much success as my face but still pretty happy. I think I'll need touch ups there now and again.
Bimbi- I actually get scars from ingrown hairs on my legs. I have 8 and don't want any more. Laser is really the only way this is going to happen. I think it's going to take forever and hurt but if it works, totally worth it to me.
