I am calling them now. Last week they had some random woman call me with their "solution" which really was not a great solution and I am really pissed that rather than calling me himself, as he should have done, he passed what he knew would not be a satisfactory answer to some other poor person to deliver.
I am so angry. I have never, ever received such poor customer service in my life and I will be telling every person I know to never trust their rugs to this company again. If they had handled it well in the first place, it would be different. I understand accidents happen, but instead they first tried to tell me that I had heavy furniture sitting on it and that is what caused the damage and then acted like they were doing me a favor by knocking down the price but still wanting me to pay.
I've left a message with the brother of the other guy I had been talking with, both are owners.
I know. H looked them up on Angie's List and they have a D rating mostly for ruining people's rugs. People did not mention the company giving any kind of compensation which makes me think they rarely do.
