I definitely felt movement earlier. With #1 I thought I felt movement at 16 weeks, but wasn't confident until 18 weeks. With #2 I felt movement for sure at about 15 weeks. I didn't use a Doppler at home, so I don't know about that.
I don't know if I actually felt movement earlier so much as I actually knew what it was. The first time, it's hard to really differentiate what's actual baby movement and what's, well, other kids of movement. By the second pregnancy, you know what is and isn't baby.
As for heartbeat, it was around the same time, but that's because of when my appointments were.
I think that I was able to feel movement a bit earlier or at least identify movement from gas, etc. So far, baby 2 is MUCH more active than Henry ever was.

I felt flutters at 13 weeks this time and could see it from the outside by 16 weeks. I didn't feel movement (or was sure that's what it was) with Lincoln until around 16-17 weeks. This baby moves constantly, I love it Lincoln was a mover and shaker too.
I heard the HB at 12 weeks at the dr with the doppler (that was the first time they used it, so I probably could've heard earlier).
I had an anterior placenta with Anna, so it wasn't until closer to 20 weeks. I was sad about it in the beginning, but it sure helped muffle the big uncomfortable movements at the end.

I heard all on the Doppler around 9-10 weeks. I felt movement earlier each time. I believe the first two were 16 weeks, 12 weeks, then this one started in the 9th week! Crazy.
I started feeling movement with #2 at 17 weeks whereas I felt C the first time earlier. However, this baby has been very consistent in movement everyday where I can already count kicks. Colin was not really ever consistent but I really did not feel him daily until 25+ weeks. I heard them both on the doppler around 12w. Apparently many women feel subsequent movement in pregnancies about 4 weeks earlier.
I'm pretty sure I've been feeling baby sporadically this week (14 weeks). I felt Audrey at 16 weeks and could see/DH could feel movements with her at 18 weeks. No experience with the doppler!

I don't remember exactly, but I think it was around 13 weeks for B and around 10/11 weeks for P. They were both super active and kicked hard!
I didn't have a doppler at home, and I think it was around 12 weeks that they used it at my doctor's appointment. The first appointment was always a trans-vaginal u/s so they could make sure everything was okay and so that they didn't freak out moms by not being able to detect the hb with the doppler, since it is harder to locate early on.
