wow! talk about the shock of a lifetime. I can't imagine conceiving quints without fertility meds. She kept them in for a super long time too, I can't imagine how horrific her belly was.

I didn't even know that was possible to conceive so many babies without the assistance of fertility treatments.

I feel bad for the 7 year old. He/she will probably have to help out more than the usual 7 year old.

I too, could not imagine having all those kids.  I freak out sometimes with the noise level with just my two.

I didn't know that was possible either without fertility.

I saw a mom at Kohls today that had her cart packed with children's clothes and like five boxes of children's shoes, and I told my husband, that is like one day of clothes for Cassie's five babes

This made me google the Dionne quintuplets. They were quints born in Ontario in the 1930's! I couldn't remember if they were fraternal. Nope! Identical quints. They were born 2 months early and all survived. Crazy!
