I have psoriasis on my scalp. What do you recommend? The itching drives me insane.

You can get prescription shampoos which can help, or leave in treatments. They're usually pretty greasy and smelly though. You can also get steroid injections in your scalp.

There are systemic psoriasis meds but only used for the most severe cases because of their immuno suppressant qualities.

I've used the selenium sulfide shampoo you recommended awhile back for another dermatology issue I had. It does help a bit with the itch.

I'd get a prescription for a stronger one, like clobex.

I've heard good things about clobex. My coworker uses it and said it's really the only thing that works for her. She also did light therapy once a week.

Clobex is really strong and good! It also comes in a foam that some people prefer for the scalp. I took a million samples of the lotion and I use a teeny dab when I get a bug bite
