Can I actually talk to a person at Spirit Airlines?

I can't check in online and I can't seem to call anyone to help me.  I've been tangled up in their  phone system for almost an hour. 

They have changed all of their menu options, so none of the "get human" online suggestions work.

Whenever I get a phone menu and just want to talk to a person without listening to the options, I just press 0.  Sometimes it connects to an operator and sometimes it doesn't.  Maybe it's worth a try?

Zero just loops back to the main menu. 

And nuggetbrain, I am not a fan of Spirit, either.  It wasn't my choice in airline, unfortunately.

Do they have voice commands?  Have you tried saying "Operator"?

No voice commands.

This is all very, very carefully crafted, I'm certain.

Yes, it probably is all crafted. But hell- POOR customer service. Computers can't do everything.
