My mom and step-dad are headed down to Nashville (I think?) on vacation and since clothes seem to be much less expensive in the US she usually picks up stuff for Owen.
But, my skinny kid is average height, so pants are just ugh.
So what stores sell things with the button and elastic (or some other method) to adjust them? Get 18 months and risk them becoming too short by the time it gets warm, or 24 months and cuff them?
I got William a belt from children's place that is leather and was really cheap the other day. He hasn't used it yet. I like the Oshkosh pants on him best so far, and gap.
I looked yesterday and didn't see any snow suits there, at least not for littles. Though by that point he was DONE with Costco. Why no samples on weeknights???

Oh yeah, we got it probably a month ago so they are probably gone by now.

A lot of lines have both kinds, so just make sure they know what to look for the adjustable waist. My MIL complains that the adjustable waist cost more and buys the normal waist, which is no good for skinny kids. I would always go over longer pants with a cuff then high waters.
Snapper Dapper, perfect belt for pants without an adjustable waist and can be used through the dreaded potty training.
