I actually have a Mason Pearson brush that seems to have disappeared but I know is in my house somewhere but I need to get a replacement in the meantime and I don't want to spend more than $30ish dollars if possible.
I have long, thick wavy hair.

I have one of these that works for blowouts and does cut time. The microfiber requires cleaning, but I like it for home and hotel blowouts because of the time factor. It's nice to cut some heat from my routine by saving time.
I also like the Bass Bamboo brushes at Whole Foods. The price was almost the same at Whole Foods. I like that they cut static and don't strip oils like other types of brushes. I also use this for blowouts.
