I have not been vomiting but I am sick of feeling on the verge of it always, all day. If I just made myself vomit is there any chance I would feel relief for a while or would the nausea just return immediately? If you do vomit do you feel better for a little while or no?
I know This sounds crazy but I am so tired of feeling like this
Yes it helps for a little while but the nausea usually comes back eventually for me. As long as I haven't just eaten a huge meal I would make myself throw up.

I never felt better after throwing up when I was pregnant. The only thing that sort of helped me was acupuncture. I highly recommend it, and I hope you feel better soon because nausea is the worst.
Usually when I feel really nauseous the only remedy is vomiting. If I know I'm headed towards vomit anyway, I just get 'er done.
But how? Like with your finger? Or a peacock feather? I don't think I could bring myself to do that.
Yea, with my finger. This is gross and definitely TMI but usually if I gag myself enough to vomit just to start it off then I'll be able to continue the vomiting session naturally and without induction, lol.

Ditto, and it is way easier than it sounds, I mean about 4 times a week brushing my tongue makes me throw up, so a finger on my mouth, only takes a second if I am on the verge already.
I always felt like that Laurack and never puked. I dry heaved a lot and did try to make myself puke but it never worked, I never got myself to puke. Sometimes just trying and dry heaving would help for a bit but I lived on zofran for my entire pregnancy.
a couple times I've gone to the restroom now apprehensively considering it, but each time somebody else is in there and I worry they'll recognize my shoes. at this point I may just stick it out til tonight when I could do it in privacy of own home, usually the afternoon is slightly less nausea with MOTN/morning (til after lunch) being worst, and it begins to get bad again around 5/6pm until I eventually just go to bed to try to sleep and forget

I think it depends on what type of vomiter you are. I rarely vomit thanks to my stomach of steel, but there are times I wish I could because I think it will help. But, that's never the case for me. I vomit and then continue to feel like ass. If you are the type that feels better after vomiting when you are sick, go for it?
