B - 2 pancakes, 1 w/peanut butter + coffee w/milk S - fruit L - rice & chicken, fruit, veggies w/dip S - 1/2 clif bar, as needed D - attending a barbeuce. Plan to have 1 piece of protein & a small portion of the pasta salad I'm bringing.

ETA: Dinner will BBQ chicken and cabbage braised in bacon. I ran out of red wine and it is a must for the short rib recipe

Bagel w/Honey Almond cream cheese*, hot tea L: Trader Joe's veggie lasagna, Greek yogurt D: No clue S2 (if needed): ww crackers S3: Naval orange that I didn't eat yesterday. E: None, day off. *I have a "don't eat it if I don't bring it to work" policy. I make an exception for Einstein Bros. Bagel w/Honey Almond cream cheese. 1/4 of a bagel is enough for a taste w/o too many calories. Nom...nom...
DH and I hit the road last night to head back home for the weeekend. I'm running off 4.5 hours of sleep right now so nothing is planned. We got stuck in horrible traffic last night including construction AND we wound up completely stopped on 95South for nearly hour so we finally got to bed at 3:45am. As a result, I *needed* Starbucks this morning, before a work telecon.
B: grande nonfat cinnamon dulce latte w/ whip & petite vanilla scones L: ?? no clue D: I think we're going out for Mexican w/ friends so maybe grilled chicken fajitas? E: plannned rest day
