Hmmm, if people would consider pasta a side dish you could do baked ziti in a crockpot. Or for either one you could make something like a meat dish in a crockpot and then bring something like chips and cheese so they can make nachos. Hmm. Clearly I need to work on my suggestions.

Buffalo Chicken Cucpcakes 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/2 cup hot sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar, divided 1 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken 24 wonton wrappers 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles
Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and 3/4 cup cheddar. Soften mixture slightly in microwave, if needed. Stir in shredded chicken.
Press wonton wrappers into botton of muffin tin. Spoon a tbsp of chicken mixture into wrapper. Top with another wonton wrapper and another 1 tbsp of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bleu cheese.
Bake for 18 minutes or until edges are brown. May needed covered with foil to avoid over browing. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Use a knife to loosen and remove from muffin tin.
Auntie Jenny's Slow Cooker Meatballs 1 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup egg substitute (or an egg) 1/3 cup chopped parsley 2 tbsp minced onion 1/3 cup ketchup 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 16oz can cranberry sauce 1 12oz bottle of chili sauce
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 30 (1 1/2") meatballs.
Combine ketchup, sugar, juice, and sauces in a slow cooker. Genlty stir in meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
