Not really. I usually have a pretty fair idea of what I'd like to improve on for the next cycle, and where I'd like to go, goal-wise, next. I don't do any detailed analysis. I often jump right into something new. Technically my last week of tri season and my last Oly tri this season were week 1 of my fall HM training cycle. Unless I am really feeling physically broken down (like I did after my first HIM), I don't have a good history of using down time constructively.
