Do you have any recs for a protein powder, bar or other supplement? Since I've been running more I have felt so tired and I want to try getting more protein.
I currently eat very little meat and don't like eggs (unless someone else prepares them).

Vega makes a vanilla chai flavoured protein powder that I love...my favourite is to make it with a banana, vanilla yogurt and some coconut almond milk, with some extra cinnamon. So good.
My H has been doing hemp protein powder blended with chocolate almond milk with a banana and some ice. He is crazy sensitive to protein crashes and it seems to hold him over well.
Although, if you're feeling tired because your blood sugar has gone wonky, you would probably benefit from upping your fiber too.

I'm not vegan, but use vegan powder because of food sensitivities. My current fave is Plant Fusion in Vanilla Bean. I order it from amazon. I've heard the other flavors are good as well. It is a really fine powder and it blends up really well.
I also get Brown Rice Protein from GNC, but you need to offset the taste a bit. I've also used Herbalife's Allergen Free and that is my favorite, but also the most expensive.
