So my workout partner and I have done NROLW and NROLA. We are NROL-out; burned out on it. We need something new. We need fresh. We workout in a gym. I have knee limitations so I don't really do a lot of jumping or running (a little running for HIIT, but that's it).
Any suggestions as to what we can do next? We love the lifting/metabolic aspect, just need something different.

Rachel Cosgrove's new book - Drop 2 Sizes - is getting great results. There is a facebook page for it if you want to read some of the comments. I just completed Rachel's Female Body Breakthrough and really enjoyed it. Both of these books are set up similar to the NROL series.
