B: full fat greek yogurt, fruit salad, cinnamon bun, breakfast potatoes (hello 700 calorie breakfast) L: some sort of sandwich, and a salad D: spaghetti E: 5 mile run
B: homemade frozen breakfast sandwich, coffee w/ creamer S: chobani bite L: I brought a ham & swiss sandwich but may get something out S: lara bar if needed D: lean cuisine
E: c25k, core work (as long as I get out of work on time, yesterday I got out 1 1/2 late and just went to bed when I got home since I was so tired)

B: arctic zero ice cream, coffee, healthy lemon squares S: seaweed snacks; more lemon squares L: 7 hard-boiled eggs. Don't judge. S: an ungodly amount of raw pickles and zucchini. I think I will regret this tomorrow. D: roasted okra; cheddar chex mix; grapes; pumpkin with vanilla protein powder + pp seasoning & almond milk
