I really wanted the girls to coordinate in some way, but I have a perfectly good pumpkin costume that will fit Charlotte. When I asked Eleanor what she wanted to be she said a princess.
Either Curious George or the man in the yellow hat. He is obsessed with Curious George right now. My SS offered to be the man in the yellow hat of G dresses as Curious George.

DS1, 3 y.o., said he wanted to be Santa Claus. Then I pulled out the puppy dog costume he wore when he was a baby for DS2, 4 mos, and now DS1 says he wants to be a puppy, too. I think we'll take him to the store and let him pick something out. I'm excited for a few years from now, when I can get more creative with him and help him put something together. I love Halloween so much.
Thread hijack but this is my first halloween in a family community. Will kids come to my house to trick or treat? Should I buy candy? What candy should I buy? I am so excited!!
Ask a neighbor how many kids go around. They'll be able to give you an idea, probably. I am a giant dork and keep track of how many kids we get, so I can make sure to have enough candy. I buy some bags of mini candy bars and then a bag of cheapie candy, and each kid gets one candy bar and one cheapie thing.

Ugh. I wish I knew! Her birthday is a week before Halloween and I still haven't decided what we're doing for that.
She was Batgirl last year, and has mentioned a few times that she wants to dress up as a family unit, which now includes the dog. Lol. I really don't want to spend a bunch of money on costumes, and times like this make me wish I was even a little bit crafty.
A cat. I couldn't resist a grosgrain cat ear headband I found at gap. Plus, I can just put her in a black turtleneck and tights, attach a tail and be done with it. Easy and cute.
M is being Supergirl. We bought her costume last weekend because she has been set on Supergirl for months now. H now wants us all to dress up as superheros (his idea of heaven) but I'm not sure the big girls will go for it. DD13 wants to be a cat so H is trying to convince her to be Catwoman. I guess we'll see.
I'm only dressing up dd1. I got a good deal on a Cinderella costume at Costco about a month ago. DD2 is wearing a Halloween sleeper with an orange tutu on it.

My 2-year old is going as a lion but only because I found a mint condition costume at Goodwill for $5. Last year he was Sully from Monsters Inc. (hand-me-down from my brother). Cheapskate here!
I want DS to be Lion-O, from ThunderCats, because who doesn't love 80's cartoon characters?! But it is seemingly harder to execute than I thought. I put together an outfit with 'parts' on Amazon. Over $60 for the clothing pieces, the sword, AND I still have to make the glove, since there aren't many lion paw gloves for 1 year olds. Who knew?? And I am NOT super crafty. </3
I really like the idea of Fix It Felix... that would be easy!
