Sears sucks for that reason. My fridge died once and they gave me a 8-7 window and then never showed. Wanted me to wait around the next day..fine whatever. Showed up at 645 and told me warranty wouldn't fix my 5 month old fridge and it was my fault it quit working. Umm....F that. I b*tched. A lot. And got some cash back out of the deal.

Same thing happened a month later and they wanted me to wait 2 months. To fix my fridge. Again. Umm...no. I ended up just calling the local repair guy and he was out in like 20 minutes. Warranty and whatever be damned. I called Sears told them what happened and b*tched some more. I got comped for that repair visit actually.

It's such a PITA.
