B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, raspberries, dried fruit and nuts, pumpkin spice coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, hot green tea L: cottage cheese, raw veggies(sugar snap peas, mushrooms, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes)and grapes S: plum or apple w/ peanut butter nature valley granola bar E: cleaning and 4-5 mile run (DH may run a couple of miles with me) D: chicken enchiladas and apple crisp - yum! - We are trying out this casserole delivery service called Retro Dinner Diva - she is delivering the chicken enchiladas, baked veggie spaghetti and the apple crisp to DH's office today - excited to try this out:)
