Sun i ran 10k in florida, flew home and got home late. Monday was a blur of work, picking up the dog and getting groceries...tues i did 5 miles and an hour of serious dance class ...wed i had a wine heavy work dinner that ran late and i did not get home until 11pm.
Thurs i was supposed to run but my body cried uncle. My legs were sore and i had a horrible headache all day (i blame wine). I came home...ate...sat on the couch then was in bed by 10...i "slept in" until the last possible sec today. I feel 110% better. I was sorta mad at myself yesterday i skipped the run but i wanted to be ok for my long run saturday.
Sleep won!

I've been letting sleep win the last 2 nights. I am finally starting to feel human again, and I'm shooting for my long run on Sunday. Hope you have a great run this weekend!
