H kicked me out of the house today to go get some new clothes. I haven't done any staple shopping in a couple years, and I have the chronic problem of getting holes in my shirts where my jeans hit them, so I'm armed with a nordstrom gc from my birthday,, my kindle, and am going to enjoy a day to myself.

First stop is lunch. With wine, because, well, why not?

I even blow dried my hair, and h was like what are you doing? Just go! But I told him that if I'm going to do this, I want to look like something other than a frazzled mom so I don't end up with mom jeans and sensible shoes.

Very jealous. DH eyed me up and down last night in my too small leggings and tank top and suggested we go get some clothes tonight. As long as he is paying, lol. I am in denial about needing maternity clothes.
